- Client pickup to destination: the first 10 miles per booked leg are included; excess mileage is $3.75 per mile ambulatory or $4.25 per mile wheelchair.
- Wait & Stay: $45 ambulatory or $55 wheelchair per started hour, with a one-hour minimum. A scheduled return does not reserve a driver on site.
- Confirmed stops, tolls, parking, airport arrangements and any separately quoted company travel must appear in the written quote.
- Later excess billing references the same booking and excludes mileage already quoted or paid. An updated secure payment request identifies any agreed additional amount.
Package terms
before you pay.
Packages are valid for 120 days from purchase. Sakeena may confirm one additional 30-day extension in writing. The final deadline is no later than 150 days from the original purchase; no further extension applies.
Transfer to one individual requires Sakeena’s written agreement. A transfer does not restart the clock or add rides. Packages are nonrefundable except where applicable law or company-cancellation terms require otherwise.

Cancellation & payment acknowledgment

- 24 hours or more before pickup, before dispatch: no cancellation fee; refundable unprovided single-trip amount less eligible disclosed nonreturned processing fees.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup, before dispatch: $50 late-cancellation fee plus eligible disclosed nonreturned processing fees; remaining unprovided single-trip balance refundable.
- After dispatch or an authorized no-show: no refund of the affected reserved service amount, subject to applicable law and accepted terms. A no-show requires the 30-minute contact and operations review process.
Eastern Time applies. Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of determination; bank posting may take longer. Company cancellations and preserved customer rights are explained in the full policy.
Review the quote, trip direction, assistance, package dates and policy before submitting payment. Acceptance covers the terms actually presented for this booking and is not unlimited permission to charge a stored card.
