Request, review & confirmation
Scheduled, self-pay transportation in Liberty and Sullivan County. Vehicle fit, availability, route, timing, and assistance are reviewed together.
Submitting an inquiry or selecting a requested time online starts an availability and quote review. A vehicle is reserved only after Sakeena accepts the transportation arrangements and sends written confirmation.
The accepted quote should identify payment arrangements and any trip-specific terms. Each date in a recurring plan must be confirmed.
Provide the pickup and destination, requested dates and times, entrances, mobility device, companions, and luggage. Share appointment arrival times and the return plan so Sakeena can review the full transportation request.
The current online menu accepts one-way requests. Call (845) 428-0303 to coordinate round trips, recurring rides, Wait & Stay, airport transfers, or weekend requests.
Sakeena provides accepted non-medical transportation and agreed assistance. Medical treatment, clinical monitoring, lifting, and transfers are outside the service scope. Facilities retain responsibility for clinical decisions and discharge readiness.
If the rider’s weight exceeds 250 pounds, call before booking. Bariatric transportation is not available at this time. For an immediate medical emergency, call 911.
Pricing & schedule changes
Starting fares apply to qualifying local routes. Review the written quote and the applicable trip terms before payment or confirmation.
View fares & ride packagesThe first 10 client pickup-to-destination miles per booked leg are included in the starting local fare. Excess mileage is $3.75 per mile ambulatory or $4.25 per mile wheelchair, calculated separately for each direction. Sakeena reviews company travel separately. Any additional company-travel charge, tolls, parking, waiting or selected service must be itemized and agreed before collection. Later excess billing references the same booking and subtracts mileage already quoted or paid.
A return pickup does not keep the vehicle on site. If the driver and vehicle need to remain available, request an available Wait & Stay arrangement. Reserved waiting is priced separately and should appear in the quote.
Notify Sakeena promptly when trip arrangements change. Eastern Time applies. For an affected unprovided single trip canceled at least 24 hours before pickup and before dispatch, no cancellation fee applies; eligible disclosed nonreturned processing fees may be deducted. Inside 24 hours before pickup and before dispatch, a $50 fee applies, limited to the affected amount paid. After dispatch or an authorized no-show following the 30-minute contact and operations process, the affected reserved service amount is nonrefundable, subject to applicable law and accepted terms. Approved refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of determination; bank posting may take longer.
Packages: valid for 120 days from purchase; transferable to one individual with Sakeena’s written agreement without restarting expiration. One additional 30-day extension may be confirmed in writing, with a final limit of 150 days from the original purchase. No further extension applies; unused rides then expire. Package purchases are nonrefundable except applicable law or company-cancellation terms. Each ride requires availability and written confirmation.
