How your quote is built
Starting fares cover the qualifying local ride. The confirmed route, trip directions, mobility needs, and selected services determine the final quote.
The first 10 passenger-carrying miles per leg are included for qualifying rides from Sakeena’s company service area. Additional mileage is billed starting at mile 11.
For a round trip, each direction is calculated separately. Mileage beyond the included 10 miles can apply to both the outbound and return legs.

Wait & Stay has a one-hour minimum. A scheduled return pickup does not reserve the driver and vehicle on site.

How to read the package examples: Totals assume three, six or nine qualifying round trips at the starting local fares, with the stated discount. One-way or mixed-direction plans are quoted for your schedule. Confirm every date, direction and package total with Sakeena.
Priced separately: Additional client-route mileage after the first 10 miles on each leg, any accepted company-travel charge, Wait & Stay, airport reserve, tolls, parking and selected options are itemized in your quote.
Validity and extension: Packages are valid 120 days from purchase. One additional 30-day extension may be agreed in writing, with a final limit of 150 days from the original purchase. No further extension applies; unused rides then expire.
Transfer and refunds: Transfer to one individual requires Sakeena’s written agreement and does not reset expiration or add rides. Packages are nonrefundable except applicable law or company-cancellation terms. Each ride requires confirmation. Read the cancellation and package policy.
